Refund policy

Artwork : Due to the delicate nature of transporting art, returns and exchanges are not offered on prints or original works of art simply for change of mind.

All artwork is handled with the utmost care during the printing and packaging process. In the unlikely circumstance tthat your delivery becomes damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging PRIOR to opening the delivery and then photograph the damaged art inside.

If your artwork is lost in transit a replacement will be provided for you.

All original artwork including commissions are to be approved before they’re sent via photographs- we try our best for the colours to be as accurate as possible but due to difference in phone and computer screens this can vary slightly-  tthey will not be replaced or returned due to change of mind once they’ve arrived. 

Artwork has a natural aging process due to the paints, chemicals. Canvas and environmental factors. Please keep this in mind when investing in art as I do not accept returns based on ageing.

Apparel : if you wish to return an apparel item based off change of mind ~  we are happy to take this back with the following in mind : 

Item must be unworn and unwashed. Free from makeup, self tanner, pet hair, perfumes or other marks. Tags must still be attached and original packaging provided. 
the return must posted to Kate Eliza Studio at the customers cost and once received and checked over a credit for the purchased amount will be issued for the customer minus initial shipping amount. This is valid for 12 months and can be used on anything across the website. 

For any faulty items a refund can be provided once the item is returned and inspected.
